Synthesis technology for Sucralose
1. Product introduction:
Sucralose is the only raw material for the synthesis of Sucrose, which is a derivative of trichloride. The sweetness of Sucralose is 650 times of Sucrose. It is regarded as the most competitive sweetening agent with perfect performance by far. Compared with the other sweetening agents, sucralose has the following advantages.

2. Application:
Sucralose is widely used in soft drinks, chewing gum, bread, cakes, jelly, pudding and jam and so on. Volume added to food: Maximum 0.25g/kg.
3. Introduction of technology
The Be-A and 6-hydroxyl sucrose react to 6 - esters sucrose. Followed, by chlorination and degrease, the Sucralose can be gained
